Hi again...just wanted to let you all know that for the last 11 weeks I have been on a diet....too much of the good life ...haha...time to do something about it...Well I started the Tony Ferguson diet...consisting of no carbs and high protein...you have 2 shakes a day and a meal at night...no chocolate, caffeine etc...
well my progress to date is a total loss of 18.5kgs and 15cms off my waistline...
I will let u know how I go....my plan is to hide under my bulky winter clothes and then in Spring......dada....here is the NEW me....(fingers crossed anyway)....
