Diet update
I have not given an update recently on the whole diet thing...I am still going..7 months now..I have broken into the 70's....yahh..I have currently sat on 79kgs over Christmas..which is good I guess...it was hard at times and there were a few little slip ups....but now Christmas is over and I am back on track...
