My latest attempt...Brad has let me hang this one in the Family room..which has made me happy... I have used acrylics mainly with some modelling compound for texture .. I am back at TAFE next week..this is 2nd year Diploma work..I am really looking forward to it..
This painting looks even better in real life. I am lucky that I get to experience the textures and individual brushstrokes. I love the built up areas of gold. I was also very fortunate to see the making of this piece, in it's various forms. The result was well worth the effort.
